How to better use my product

How do I avoid splashes with my hand blender?

To avoid splashes, place the hand blender halfway down the preparation then press the start button. At the end of preparation always stop the appliance before taking the hand blender out of the preparation.

When can I not use my hand blender?

Do not use your hand blender in a pan on the hob or to chop nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, etc.), raw meat*, or ice cubes* and do not run it in an empty container.

What are the different speeds of my hand blender used for?

The first speed is very useful when you are starting mixing, because it is a slow speed that allows you to avoid splashes. Gradually increase the speed depending on your preparation.

No, always unplug the appliance before any intervention.

What parts of my hand blender are dishwasher-safe?

Why is the mayonnaise too watery?

It is extremely important to use the specific Mayonnaise accessories supplied with your appliance (mayonnaise blender + jug) and to respect the quantities of ingredients, particularly the mustard. If you don't use mustard, you have to compensate with eggs (ie 2 eggs instead of 1 usually).
As for the oil quantity, this has to be between min and max. Add the oil really slowly and stir continuously.
All the ingredients need to be at room temperature so that the mayonnaise does not curdle.
