  • 45 g butter, softened
  • 45 g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g plain flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 ml milk
  • 20 g raisins


Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one by one. Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Add the milk and mix until you get a smooth consistency. Add the raisins. Divide up among the cups and cover with the lids. Place cups in basket no. 3.

Steam for 15 minutes, while cooking the starter and main dish.

Remove the covers just before serving.
