Ingredients

  • 4 veal cutlets (150 g)
  • 50 g flour
  • 200 g bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lemons
  • 10 cl oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Beat the eggs. Season the cutlets first with the flour, then the eggs and finally the bread crumbs. Pour the oil into the bowl.

Set the thermostat to 160°C in Fry mode. When the oil has reached the right temperature, fry the cutlets for 5 to 6 until the bread crumbs turn golden brown.

Serve with lemon wedges.
