  • 220g butter, softened
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 70g granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 coffeespoon vanilla
  • 180g flour
  • 1 baking soda bag
  • 1 coffeespoon cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 250g old fashioned oats (uncooked)
  • 180g dry raisins.


With: Cookie Sheet 30x35cm

Preheat the ovent to 180°C.

Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.

Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.

Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.

Stir in oats and raisins, mix well.

Drop by rounded spoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown.
