Ingredients

  • 1,5 L of UHT whole milk
  • 125 g of laban

Preparation

Choose Prog 2.

Combine laban drink with milk, mix together thoroughly with a whisk, stir finely, and let it cook in the yogurt maker at laban mode 2 for 12-16 hours.

Put laban in a fridge for 4 hours to cool down. Stir with a spoon before enjoying.

Tip to make fruited laban: before consuming you can blend some fruits directly in the jug with a handblender.
