Ingredients

  • 6 g ginger peeling
  • 2 lemongrass stems
  • 2 ts honey
  • 500 ml water

Preparation

Finely chop the lemongrass stems.

Mix the ginger and the lemongrass with the honey and the water in your non-stick TEFAL saucepan. Boil for 5mn.

Filter the preparation and serve.
