Ingredients

  • 1kg pork fillet
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • Seasoning: 2 tbsp oil, salt, pepper and tabasco (few drops)

Preparation

Cut the meat into 3cm cubes.

Thread the ingredients alternately on the skewers.

Brush with oil and season.

Cook for about 25 minutes.
