Wash, dry and coarsely chop radish leaves. In your non-stick TEFAL Multipan, cook the leaves slowly in a little oil until they change color : they must turn dark green !
In a bowl, beat the eggs then add the radish leaves and the parmesan. Add the preparation into Tefal Multipan, and cook for 10mn on a low heat.
Gently, turn the frittata over in a plate and slide it back into the Multipan. Continue cooking for 5mn.
Serve hot or warm.
