Easy Doughnuts

• 50g flour
• 3 teaspoons sugar
• 1 sachet baker's yeast
• 1 egg
• 30ml milk
• 15g butter

Mix together the flour and sugar. Make a well in the centre and add the yeast. Add 1 pinch of salt (without it directly touching the yeast), the egg yolk, the milk and the melted butter.

Mix well. Add the whipped egg white. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Pre-heat the appliance. Fill the moulds with the dough, cook for 3 minutes.
