Drinking yogurt with almond milk and raspberries

  • 500 mL soy milk
  • 500 mL almond milk
  • 1 soy milk yogurt or 1 starter sachet
  • 200 g fresh raspberries (or frozen, if not available)
  • 2 tbsp. cane sugar


Wash the raspberries. Place them in a saucepan, add the sugar and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat while stirring frequently.

In a large bowl, mix the milk and the yogurt or starter sachet, and then whisk until you obtain a smooth mixture. Add the raspberry compote and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the bottles. Place them in the yogurt maker and cook in yogurt mode for 6 hours.

Once the programme is complete, close the bottles if you have not yet done so and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Shake well before drinking.
