Ingredients

  • 50 mL milk
  • ½ vanilla pod
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 eggs yolks
  • 70 g sugar
  • ½ L whipping cream
  • Brown sugar to caramelise

Preparation

Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the vanilla pod split lengthwise and scraped. Leave to infuse for 15 min.

Mix the eggs, eggs yolks and sugar with a spatula. Add the flavoured milk, whipping cream and mix. Pour into the pots.

Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook for 40 min in dairy dessert mode.

Leave to cool down fully. Before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelise with a blowtorch, or under the grill of your oven.
