Ingredients

  • 600 mL thick coconut milk
  • 8 tbsp grated coconut
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g sugar

Preparation

In a saucepan, warm the coconut milk with the grated coconut.

Beat the eggs lightly with the sugar until the mixture whitens and blend it in with the warm coconut milk, while stirring continuously. Pour into the pots.

Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook them for 30 min in dairy dessert mode. Leave to cool and refrigerate.
