  • 300g flour
  • 150g cured ham
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 100ml water


Mix together the flour, softened butter, finely chopped cured ham, mustard, a pinch of pepper, the salt and the water.

Set aside to rest for 1/2 hour minimum. The dough will now be firm; make hazelnut sized balls of dough and bake them in the appliance for 2-3 mins.
