Always check the condition of the appliance, the power socket and the power lead. Keep the appliance 50 cm away from any objects (curtains, walls, aerosols, etc.). Never allow water to penetrate the appliance. Do not touch the appliance with wet hands. Before operating, please ensure that the appliance is placed on a stable and firm surface and it is in the correct operating position (in an upright position on its feet).
You must keep the appliance at a distance of more than 50cm of any object (walls, curtains, aerosols…). Remember that there are horizontal and vertical versions, most of them are adjustable, so you can choose your fan depending on available space and interior decoration.
It’s important to unplug your fan before carrying out any maintenance work. You can clean the unit with a slightly damp cloth. Never let water into the unit. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the front grid. Never use abrasive products which might damage the appearance of your appliance.
After following the instructions in the user manual for starting the appliance, make sure that your electrical socket is working by plugging another appliance. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself and take it to an approved repair centre.
When this feature is on, the fan oscillates from left to right and then from right to left automatically, distributing the air throughout the room. If the user requires a concentrated flow of air in one spot only, the feature has to be switched off.
