  • 500g dark chocolate
  • 40cl heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. brandy (optional)
  • Fruits, chopped: pears, bananas, apples, peaches, apricots, pinapples, prunes, and others!


Put on force 1 and put the heavy cream in the skillet for about 2 minutes.

Add the chocolate cut into small pieces and let it melt for 10 minutes, stirring until the mix is creamy, then add 2 tablespoons of brandy.

While eating, leave the device on force 1.

Everyone puts a couple of fruit pieces on their fork and dips it all in the chocolate.

We advise you to use Nestlé Dessert Noir chocolate for this dessert.
