  • *1 carrot
  • *1 courgette
  • *A few broccoli florets
  • *Fresh mushrooms
  • *50 g mungo beans sprouts
  • *50g chick peas (can)
  • *Chives
  • *Basil
  • *Curry
  • *250 g Japanese ramen
  • *Salt
  • *Pepper


*Fill your TEFAL TRIMANIA pan with water and heat up. Add curry, chopped chives, a few leaves of basil and a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil. Cut the courgettes and carrots into small sticks, finely slice the mushrooms. Add to the water. Then add the broccoli florets and cook for 10 minutes. Stop the heat, add the chick peas and the mungo bean sprouts. Ad the ramen in the stock. Let it soak for 3 minutes while gently mixing. It's ready ! You can add a hard boiled egg to complete your ramen.
