  • 4 sea breams scaled, gutted and cut into halves
  • 6 fresh tomatoes crushed
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp baharat spice mix
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 limes
  • ½ L water


Pour the olive oil into the bowl. Set the thermostat to 160°C in Fry mode. Sauté the fish, brown on both sides and set aside. Sauté the onions with the remaining oil for 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, crushed tomatoes, spices and coriander. Set the thermostat to 100°C in Braise mode.

Add the water. Add the fish. Cook with the lid closed for 20 minutes. At the end of the cooking, add the lime. Serve hot.
