Spicy ramen with ginger and kale

  • 4 slices fresh ginger
  • 50 cl vegetable stock
  • 1 large pak choï (or 2 small ones)
  • 2 leaves of kale
  • 3 Teaspoons grilled sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic freshly chopped
  • Red chilli flakes (according to your taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon white miso paste
  • 300 g cooked ramen
  • Coriander leaves


Heat the sesame oil in the non-stick TEFAL Multipan. Add the finely chopped garlic and the chilli flakes. Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the pak choï and the kale, chopped. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the vegetable stock and put on high heat, then add the ginger slices. Leave to infuse on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the miso paste, mix well and add the ramen. Serve the ramen with the stock and chopped coriander. Enjoy !
