  • 4 breasts of guinea-fowl
  • 2 chopped white onions
  • 50g currants
  • 1 tblsp honey
  • Grated rind of half a lemon
  • 1 tblsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper.


Place the seasoned breasts of guinea-fowl, onion, currants honey, lemon rind and vinegar in the rice bowl.

Place the rice bowl in the steaming bowl and cook for 35 minutes.
