Set the thermostat to 100°C in Boil/Pasta mode. Pour 2 litres of water into the bowl and bring to a boil with the basket and the lid closed.
Remove the lid and add the pasta into the basket and do not put the lid back on. Cook for 8 minutes. Drain the pasta using the basket.
Empty the water from the bowl. Set the thermostat to 80°C in Keep Warm mode. Pour the pasta into the bowl. Add the sauce and mix well. Serve hot.
