  • 4 slices cured ham
  • 150ml milk
  • 50g butter
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 175g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 40g grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil


Cut the slices of cured ham into strips.

In a saucepan, heat the milk, butter, a pinch of salt and 1/2 sachet of yeast. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, a pinch of salt, 1/2 sachet of yeast and the warm mixture. Add the eggs, cured ham, grated parmesan and chopped basil.
