  • 1kg minced meat
  • 500g potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 beef stock cube


Combine the minced meat and diced potatoes in a pan, and cover with water. Add the salt, beef stock, onion, diced tomatoes, and minced garlic.

Boil until most of the water has evaporated. Roll out the dough and cut out several circles. Place a spoon of the mixture onto half of each circle.

Carefully fold over the dough and seal it shut. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in the appliance for 8-10 mins.
