Goat cheese ciabatta

  • 2 loaves of ciabatta
  • 1/2 bunch basil
  • 100g fresh goat cheese
  • 6 figs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices cured ham


Take the leaves off the basil and chop it finely. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, basil, salt and pepper.

Add one tablespoon of olive oil and mix together. Cut the figs in half.

Pre-heat the appliance. Cut both ciabatta in half lengthwise. Spread the goat cheese mixture onto each side. Add the figs and slices of cured ham.

Close the ciabattas. Toast them in the appliance for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold
