  • 125 g of plain yogurt or ferment culture

Add ferment or yogurt, stir finely, and let it cook in the yogurt maker at yogurt preparation mode for 6-8 hours.

After you have cooled your drinking yogurt down, you may add seeds, fruit, dry fruit, cereals, whatever you like. Stir with a spoon before enjoying.

Here is an example: Take flax seeds, dates and banana or apricots, mix with drinking yogurt with a hand blender. A delicious and nutritious drink is ready to serve.
