Carrot salad with fromage frais

  • 6 carrots, peeled
  • 80 to 100g fromage frais (like feta)
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon
  • Old-fashioned mustard
  • Salt and pepper


Grate the carrots with the orange cone.

Mix all the ingredients (except the fromage frais) in a bowl. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Serve with fromage frais over the carrots or carefully mixed with the salad.

Variant: For a more gourmet recipe, add crushed walnuts and cumin. Serve with croutons.
