Ayurvedic Yogurt with Indian spices

  • 750 mL plain soy milk
  • 120 g soy milk Yogurt (1 pot)
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 10 tbsp Yogi Tea Classic® with cinnamon (ayurvedic infusion of spices in black tea) available in organic stores


In a saucepan, bring 30 cl lait to boil with the sugar. Reduce the heat, and add Yogi Tea®. Simmer for 2 min more and then leave to infuse until the liquid cools completely. Filter and add the remaining cold milk.

Mix the milk with the Yogurt until smooth and without making too many bubbles and pour into the pots.

Cook for 8 hrs in Yogurt mode.

Leave to cool and then refrigerate.
