Groupe SEB (the "Group", "us") attaches great importance to protecting your privacy. Please refer to the table below to find the entity of Groupe SEB corresponding to your country.
When you interact with our products, you may generate or be prompted to enter information that directly or indirectly concerns you ("personal data").
In the case of the present Application, this includes your pseudo, information about your weight, your height, your date of birth, your sex.
This Application is, however, an offline application. No personal data is transferred or communicated to us via the Application whether when you create your account and/or use it subsequently. For clarity, all the personal data you enter when using the Application remains local.
This information notice does not cover the processing of the personal data we collect via channels other than the Application such as websites, social networks, customer services and sales outlets. We ask that you read the specific information notices for these services.
The synchronization of the Application with third-party applications such as Google Fit, Apple Health and Fitbit is only possible on your initiative and with your consent. We will not process any personal data that would be exchanged with these third-party services: in this context, your information is solely processed, depending on your choices, by the aforementioned companies acting as independent controllers, in accordance with their respective privacy notices that will be prompted to you upon linking the applications with their respective services.
