For crunchy waffles use water and beer, for soft waffles, use milk and cream. These waffles must be eaten as soon as they are removed from the mould.
This issue could have several causes:
• Lack of fat in the dough,
• Too much sugar in the dough.
In all cases, we advise you apply a small quantity of fat to the plates before cooking.
You can clean the plates and the body of the appliance using a sponge and your usual washing up liquid.
• Do not use scouring pads or harsh abrasive powder.
• Never immerse the appliance and cord in water.
After following the instructions in the user manual for starting the appliance, make sure that your electrical socket is working by plugging another appliance. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself, instead, take it to an approved repair centre
