Ingredients

  • 700 mL whole milk
  • 120 g plain yogurt (1 pot)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 100 g turron de Jijona

Preparation

Cut the turron in small pieces and add 15g of it at the bottom of each pot.

Mix the milk, the sugar and the yogurt with a whisk until smooth and pour it carefully into the pots.

Plug in the appliance, click once on "OK" to select the yogurt mode. If necessary, adjust the cooking time using the "+ -" keys. Confirm your choice by clicking on "OK".

When the cooking is complete, leave to cool and then refrigerate.
