Ingredients

  • 800 g minced lamb
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 4 tomatoes cubed
  • 300 cl tomato juice
  • 300 cl chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Prepare the balls with the different ingredients. Set the thermostat to 130°C in Sauté mode. Fry the balls with half the oil and set aside. Sauté the onions. Add the garlic and tomatoes and sauté 2 to 3 minutes.

Set the thermostat to 100°C in Braise mode. Add the liquids and cook covered for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the balls and cook covered again in Braise mode for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
