Ingredients

  • 4 pollock fillets
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 lime
  • 2 Teaspoons nuoc mam sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped mint
  • 400 g Quinoa

Preparation

Cook 400 g quinoa for 10 minutes in the bottom of your non-stick TEFAL DETOX POT with the chopped mint. Peal the carrots. For maximum comfort and ergonomy, cut in thin slices on your TEFAL cutting board. Wash the leeks and remove the extremities. Cut them in thin slices. Put the fish fillets on the steamer basket. Add the sliced vegetables and sprinkle with the lime juice, the nuoc mam. Steam for 10 minutes in the steamer of your DETOX Pot. Serve with the fresh chopped coriander. Enjoy !
