Heat the sesame oil in the non-stick TEFAL Multipan. Add the finely chopped garlic and the chilli flakes. Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the pak choï and the kale, chopped. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the vegetable stock and put on high heat, then add the ginger slices. Leave to infuse on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the miso paste, mix well and add the ramen. Serve the ramen with the stock and chopped coriander. Enjoy !
