Heat the whisky in a saucepan and pour it over the candied fruit and raisins. Marinate for 1 hr.
Crumble the ladyfinger biscuits into large pieces. Put them in a bowl and add the other ingredients.
Mix without crushing to soak the biscuits in cream. Pour into the pots.
Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook for 40 min in dairy dessert mode.
