  • 150 mL milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 15 g melted butter
  • 150 mL thick crème fraîche
  • 6 peach halves in syrup


Mix the eggs and sugar, and then add the flour and cinnamon gradually. Mix with the butter and pour the cream and then the milk. Mix again.

Place a peach half cut into two in each pot. Pour the cream over this.

Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook for 30 min in dairy dessert mode. Leave to cool and refrigerate.
