  • 150 g mascarpone cheese
  • 150 g ricotta cheese
  • 150 mL whipping cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 12 biscuits roses de Reims


Mix the mascarpone and ricotta, then add the cream.

In another container, mix the eggs and sugar with a spatula. Add the cheese and cream mixture.

Crush the biscuits roses with a rolling pin and blend in with the rest. Mix for 5 min, while trying to keep a few pieces intact. Pour into the pots.

Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook for 35 min in dairy dessert mode.
