  • 800 g monkfish fillets
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 10 cl water
  • Salt and pepper


Cut the monkfish into big cubes. Peel, seed and cube the tomatoes. Crush the garlic. Set the thermostat to 100°C in Simmer mode.

Put the tomato, garlic, curry and water in the bowl. Season. Place the lid on the appliance and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the monkfish and continue to cook for 15 minutes. Add the cream and the coriander. Mix and serve.
