Mix the flour, the salt, the sugar, the egg, the melted butter, the baking yeast with the water.
Work the preparation so that it remains flexible (if it sticks, add a bit of flour).
Put the chocolate chips to the dough.
Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge. Fill the mini brioche mold and let the dough stand for 2 hours until it double it size.
Preheat the oven to 250°C. Place the mold in the oven.
Remove the mold once the brioches are golden.
