Number of People
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter a standard size high-edged tin.
Peel and core the apples, slice and spread out in the tin.
Place the eggs, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon and rum in the bowl fitted with the kneading/grinding tool. Launch the P3 pastry program.
At the end of cooking pour the mixture into the tin. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 mins. Leave to cool and serve.
TIP A springform tin will make this recipe easier!
