Keep your food fresh in a few simple steps, thanks to the Vacupack Plus vacuum packing machine. Its Vacuum & Seal automatic process is simple, allowing you to perfectly adapt the size of your storage bag: unroll the storage roll to the desired size, cut with the built-in knife then seal one side using Vacupack Plus; fill the bag and place the open end of the bag into the Vacupack Classic; close the lid and press the “Vacuum & Seal” button; open the lid and remove your vacuum-packed food, ready to go! A "Moist or Dry" function automatically adapts aspiration speed to the food type chosen, while the "Seal" and "Pulse Vacuum" functions provide total control to manually customize the vacuum and seal. Rounding it all off are a stainless steel finish perfect for a modern kitchen and a space-saving design featuring rear cord storage. Included with the vacuum pack machine are two rolls in two different sizes (one 22 cm x 3 m roll and one 28 cm x 3 m roll).

Check that the lower seal ( highlighted in green in the image below) is correctly positioned in its slot.
After sealing a bag, wait 1 minute before sealing another one.
Do not fill the bag more than 2/3 full and make sure that the sealing area remains clean and dry.
