  • For the crepes :
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 60 cl milk
  • 40 g butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • For the topping : 200 g chocolate


Heat the milk, sugar and salt in a pan without getting it to boil.

Add the chocolate chopped in pieces and the butter, stir softly

In a large bowl, mix the flour and the cornstarch. Make a hole and put the eggs inside. Stir well.

Stir the chocolate mixture in the bowl very slowly and let it sit for an hour.

Cook the crepes.
