Ingredients

  • 150g BUTTER
  • 40ml LEMON JUICE
  • 4 EGG YOLKS
  • SALT AND PEPPER

Preparation

Place 150 g of butter chopped into pieces, 40 ml of lemon juice, 4 egg yolks and 50 ml of water in the bowl fitted with the whisk.

Season with salt and pepper and start the sauce program at speed 6 at 70°C for 8 mins.
