*Melt the 50g butter.
*Mix 2 egg whites, 75g sugar and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
*Add 30g of flour and 30g almond powder until smooth.
*Then pour the butter in.
*Set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
*Preheat the appliance and fill the mould to the ¾ point.
*Cook 1min30 to 2 mins.
*2 batches will be necessary.
