Ingredients

  • 50g PLAIN FLOUR
  • 500 ml MILK
  • 50g BUTTER
  • SALT AND PEPPER

Preparation

Place 50 g of plain flour with 500 ml of milk in the bowl fitted with the whisk, season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.

Mix at speed 7 for 1 min. Add 50 g of butter chopped into pieces and launch the sauce program at speed 4 at 90°C for 8 mins.
