Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation

Peel and slice the bananas into circles, add the lemon juice and sugar, mix together. Roll out the dough and cut out several circles.

Place 4 or 5 slices of banana and a square of grated chocolate into the centre, fold over the dough and seal it shut. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in the appliance for 7-8 mins.
