Stewed Apples with Cinnamon
       very easy inexpensive

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min

Ingredients
- 1kg (2 lb) apples
- 1 pinch powdered cinnamon
- 100g (4 oz) sugar
 

Peel, core and quarter the apples.

Cook in the steaming bowl with the cinnamon.

Remove the apples and reduce to puree.

Add the sugar.
