- 2 ounces canned cream of coconut - 3 ounces white rum - 4 ounces pineapple juice - 1 cup crushed ice
Garnishes: - 2 pineapple wedges - 2 maraschino cherries |

Combine all ingredients in the blender jar. Cover and crush ice until drink appears slushy and smooth.
