Peas à la Française

Ingredients
- 500 g (about 1 lb) frozen peas
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 1 white onion
- Thyme flower
- 25 g (1 oz) butter
- Salt and pepper
  Cut the lettuce leaves into thin strips.

Chop the onion.

Put the peas, lettuce, onion, thyme flower in the steaming bowl and cook for 15 mins.

Collect the juice.
Mix into the peas and butter.

Season. Serve.
