Lamb Stew
       easy affordable

Ingredients
Casserole function:
- 1 kg (2 lb) of boneless lamb and cut in cubes
- 300g (3/4 lb) carrots
- 200g (8 oz) turnips
- 300g (3/4 lb) onions
- 300g (3/4 lb) tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon
- 200g (8 oz) dried raisins
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
 

Heat 3 tbsp olive oil on position 3 and brown the lamb.

Add diced carrots, turnips and onions. Season, stir and brown for 5 mins.

Add then tomatoes and juice of 1/2 lemon.

Cover and simmer for 1h45 mins on position 2.

Add raisins (previously soaked in a bowl of warm water for 30 mins) and continue the cooking for 15 mins.
