Heat 3 tbsp olive oil on position 3 and brown the lamb.
Add diced carrots, turnips and onions. Season, stir and brown for 5 mins.
Add then tomatoes and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Cover and simmer for 1h45 mins on position 2.
Add raisins (previously soaked in a bowl of warm water for 30 mins) and continue the cooking for 15 mins.
