Ingredients

- 200g (8 oz) carrots - 200g (8 oz) turnips - 200g (8 oz) French beans - 200g (8 oz) frozen peas - 50g (2 oz) butter - Chopped chervil - Salt & pepper |

Peel and wash all the vegetables.
Cut the carrots, turnips and French beans into strips 4 cm long.
Put the prepared vegetables and the peas into the steaming basket and cook for 20 mins.
Remove the vegetables. Season.
Pour the melted butter over them, sprinkle with chopped chervil. Serve.
