Chicken with Garlic
       very easy inexpensive

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 60 min

Ingredients
- 1 ready to cook chicken 1.2 kg
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic
- 15 g salt
 

Mix the crushed garlic with the salt.

Rub the chicken with this mixture and put the rest inside the chicken.

Unclip a grid and place the 2 bowls on top of each other.

Put the chicken in the bowl and steam for 1 hour.

Cut the chicken and serve with tomato and basil sauce.
